I so want to sing the praises of garner nc Aamco.My transmission was about to leave me beside the road. Mo and Steve came toy rescue. Very professional, caring, and always kept me up to date on what was going on. I just got my car back and definitely want everyone to know this is the place to go for your car needs.

If you want to visit “rudeness” simply visit this place of business. We had to deal with sarcastic remarks from the time we dropped the car off until the time we picked it up (in person and on the phone). They had my car over 48 hours and didn’t make any contact. When I called to inquire I was told they were not gonna waste a master mechanics time driving my car to figure out what was wrong. They had already made 2 attempts. A video was offered demonstrating the problem and we were rudely brushed off with additional sarcastic comments. There is no reason to be nasty to any customer. I will NEVER attempt to patronize another AAMCO.
