I have always enjoyed going to waffle house for breakfast but I have to say at this waffle house I had the worst service ever . I had to get up to get my waitresses attention for drink refill and the fact that the food order was wrong. Now I cut people slack if they're busy But this day there was me And 2 couples. The food was very greasy and when I got homeI got real sick, So I don't think I will be going there anytime soon To this particular waffle house.

Very bad experience. Waited almost 10 minutes for an employee to come from the back.other patrons were being loud to get someone's attention. I finally went to leave as an employee finally came from the back. With an attitude. I decided not to give them my business and left. While the employee and another customer argued. I have no intention to give them another chance.

Great food and great server. It also has the cleanest bathrooms I've seen . Waffle house is a late night staple and great for lunch.

This Waffle house in Fairfield, does a great job with the food and service, very professional and friendly, there is one server name Jill that does an exceptional job. My wife and I appreciate it. Thank you Waffle house and Jill.
