If I could give no star I would! They don't do their own delivery and certainly do not tell you. Some chick in PJ's showed up to my house and was missing and item!! I tried to call that night over and over to know avail... Reached out to corporate and it seems they don't care either. I grew up loving Pizza Hut, this is not even close to what once was amazing! Do better!

Order is ALWAYS wrong. No one EVER picks up so you really just have to hope your order is right. I cant call the store to get a refund. The pizza is usually delivered closer to 2hrs and again you cant contact the store to see the status. I had to drive to the store because of a wrong order, the staff remade it after i asked "Do you have the right instructions for the order"? ...and guess what? After she remade it and showed me it was STILL wrong. She remade it again. I went through 3 pizzas half of which i was sitting there in the store waiting and they were still wrong. The staff has to be trained better. Something simple as taking your time reading orders could fix this whole issue. Not happy. And wasnt offered a solution.

I placed my order over an hour and a half ago. Still no pizza and unable to get ahold of anyone at the store. Order tracker said my pizza was out for delivery an hour ago.

I love pizza. I ate Pizza Hut so much that I would get $10 off my next purchase. Last month, not only did they get my order completely wrong and I had to drive back because no one answered the phone, they gave me a marinara cup that had mold in it. Then when I called corporate, they refused to get back to me and address the situation. I’m not going to eat somewhere that thinks it’s okay to serve it’s customers old, nasty food. I’ll be getting my pizza elsewhere from now on.
