I love this Wendy's the employees are always polite and through. They go above and beyond everytime even when I have a large order for corporate events.

Customer service was excellent. I haven't been in a Wendy's for many years. Fries tasted the same, my chicken sandwich was small and a little dry. I drank ice water. I don't think I'll return for a long time. The restroom was DISGUSTING, FILTHY, NASTY!

We were in town to visit the Aquarium and Zoo from Louisville Kentucky. Unfortunately due to lacking pre reservations we were unable to visit these amazing attractions! Fortunately this town has made up for it, with all the kind people and wonderful establishments we were able to visit while here. We stopped at this Wendy's on the way back to Louisville. We went through the drive-thru and forgot to ask for my sandwich with no pickles no onions. When I went inside, Steve was amazingly accommodating!!! Not only did he the correct the order for us; due to the inconvenience, he allowed us to keep the food that was incorrect and gave us a free refill on our fresh squeezed lemonade!! Amazing customer service Steve!!!

That is not a question. I've been here a few times without issue. Furthermore, what do you expect from workers making minimum wage? I just try my best to be polite to them. A please and thank you goes a long way. If you are not happy with the service provided, eat somewhere else. I'm sure burger king across the street would be glad to take your $5 worth of business.
