Tyler helped with an order on the Topeak Prepstand eUP PRO. He was fantastic to work with and overall Bullseye Bicycle is a great place to go to for personalized, professional, and personable help with all your biking needs. A little about the product itself. The bike repair stand is $950 and compared to the offerings on Amazon wildly expensive. On the other side of the coin you have a likes of the ParkTool PRS-33.2 which will run you upwards of $2500. So then why invest in the Topeak Prepstand eUP PRO which has such a high price tag? Well it is a lift assisted foldable, portable repair stand. I have been using the BikeHand Bike Repair Stand (110lbs max) which has been sturdy enough and by all accounts a great buy if the bike you’re repairing isn’t 65+lbs like my E-Bike. The bike is a step thru which means with the BikeHand I’m having to do a fair amount of manual lifting of my E-Bike into and out of the BikeHand Repair Stand. A few pinched nerves in my shoulder and I knew I needed to make a change. I’ve been using the Topeak now for about a week and simply put it’s FREAKING AWESOME!!! It’s extremely well thought out as far as the way it’s stabilized and therefore really sturdy. I LOVE the claw that secures your bike. I do so on my seatpost. Once you’ve tightened the claw you step on the accompanying pedal that comes with the Topeak Bike Stand and the lifting of my bike to various levels is easy as heck. The pedal is sturdy and a healthy size. No more pinched nerves!! It was an easy setup from unboxing and the repair stand folds down really easily if you need the portability aspect of the stand much the same as the BikeHand repair stand does. I have to just say again that the build quality of this stand is really amazing. I didn’t want to spend several grand for the ParkTool repair stand (as impressive as it seems to be) and there just isn’t anything on the market at present that I have found comes close to the ease of use, as well as the portability of this stand. If you have an E-Bike and you can get beyond it’s price tag you will likely come to the same conclusion I have on this fantastic product.

I needed a specific screw for my derailleur. They were kind enough to give me the right one for free, since in my hurry I had failed to bring a buck with me. Instead they asked me to be sure to come again, but I had no other bike issues before I left Durham -- so here's 5 stars as thanks. Very neighborly. Great business.

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff! I called today to ask about a tune up and Emmon (I hope I spelled that correctly!) was so helpful answering all of my questions and getting me set up with an appointment for a tune up. I dropped by later this afternoon with my bike to get an estimate and determine the level of tune up needed and Tyler was extremely welcoming. We had a nice chat and he helped me understand the maintenance my bike needs to get it back in top shape for daily riding. I’m a beginner when it comes to understanding bike maintenance and I appreciate that Tyler and Emmon were so nice about answering my very basic questions. So glad to have such an awesome bike shop in Durham!

Knowledgeable and attentive. I’ve known these guys for many years and they have helped me to customize my bike and have helped me to ride safely through the seasons of the year as well as the seasons of life. It doesn’t matter what kind of biking you do or what your proficiency level you may be at… you will feel well cared for. All that AND very fair pricing.

Hello Guy! I believe you are talking about toe clips and straps for your pedals. We have those separately for $10, or as a whole pedal set (which we're out of stock on but will have back in stock Thursday). We can install them too for $5. Hope this helps! Never seen this feature on the Googles. New to me! Thanks Eve and Zach for the kind words!!!
