This place is always busy so it's really never clean.... and they let all these homeless people stand around and beg... It's creepy to stop, and you almost don't want to let kids out of a vehicle alone to use the bathrooms..... with all these people hanging around... Of course the state of Oregon seems to have a deaf ear when it comes to the safety of its citizens

Nice rest area, nice scenery. Goes in a loop. Parking all along side.

Well kept rest area!! Plenty of large grassy area for dogs and people to stretch yer legs. Picnic tables to sit and enjoy a meal or just some fresh air. Feels more like a park than a rest area

It's a rest stop, so I'm not sure what you want for ratings. It's quiet enough, and it's very large. Lots of grassy areas, near the river, and it's somewhat clean. I've never been a fan of the restrooms in Oregon. No hot water, no paper towels, and it's just so cold. I gave four stars because of how large the area is, but if you want to visit a good rest area, just head to Montana. Those rest stops are warm, clean, and sleek designs. Oregon went for cheaper rather than comfortable, but I guess there are more homeless folks along I-5 than I-90.
