Everything was okay I had an odd question and it just felt like multiple employees were very dismissive and I got no answers when a 5 minute google search found information but other than that it was what I expect of a dealership but no attempt of customer service just a very clinical experience Edit a month and half later had to take my car to the shop and my car shouldn’t have passed inspection and I need another alignment after just getting one at Patriot because according to two different garages those suspension parts don’t go bad that fast without someone noticing

I purchased a new 2022 spark. I noticed that the entities surface is gritty. Even the windows. I hand washed and waxed the new car. Still the rough gritty finish is everywhere. I called Patriot and talked to Stanley, the manager. He was rude and condescending. The manager said he lost $4500 by selling me the car, and said he wished he never sold me the car. I had purchased after market parts, and Patriot apparently missed how much time it would take to install the parts. I paid for the car and parts in full, prior to taking possession, as requested by Patriot. The Manager said the salesperson would get back to me, and said he was too busy to talk. I have not heard from Patriot on what they will do to fix the grit on the entire car. I don’t know what was sprayed on the car, but it does not wash off. I read online that if it’s paint or chemical overspray, this will eat its way into the paint and destroy the finish. This is a new car with 4 miles on it when I picked it up. I Need Help with the problem of a new car with a rough gritty finish. The windshield and car attracts dirt, due to this terrible finish. I am worried that the paint finish will be ruined. Please , help.
