I just want to say how HELPFUL & willing to help everyone that walks through the door Mrs. Dianne is. She is a Saint! She never turned anyone away that walked through the door looking for help or answers. There was however another lady that came into the lobby & was very negative & basically told everyone that they weren't going to get assistance this week or next & she was going home at 330. Mrs. Dianne stayed & helped everyone in that lobby until after 5. She was amazing!

I need answers concerning my unemployment I have been reaching out over 3 weeks and I've spoken to NOONE the Raleigh office is not working and the 1800 number definitely is not working I need answers!!!

This place doesn't deserve a star but the system doesn't allow you not to select one. Not sure if anyone does work at this location. Because, I visit here several months ago and left my information for a call back, still waiting on a call. When I went the person to see was no longer working there and no one else was able to assist. They claim to be waiting on replacement person. But in the meantime NO ONE was knowledgeable to assist. Sad...still waiting on a call 3 months later.

The lady at the front desk is kind of rude. I will say that my case worker Mark Locklear is cool and does everything he can to get people what they need. They need more people like him up there.
