If you call they either don't answer the phone or they pick it up and you can hear them talking then they hang up on you. Horrible service....

I called and looked online and it said that on Saturdays this location is open until 3pm. I arrived around 2pm and the doors were locked!

The manager does not effectively check to make sure lost packages are found he lets them steal things. Which the lost items get sold to a online auction site. I'm pretty sure they all work together to " lose" packages. Maul always late or missing he does not care. I'm so tired they need to do a run through of this place and get the ppl that are stealing, the manager that does nothing regardless of complaints and do an investigation on why is there an incentive for lost packages that directly benefit the company in online sales afterwards. What is going on over here. I need all my mail. I dnt need people picking out what they want b4 I get it

Is it common for a mail carrier to deliver a package needing signature by leaving a slip for redelivery without even attempting to deliver it? 2 people were home, expecting the delivery! 3 exterior cameras prove he did not even try to deliver it!

Yes. Provided your home is in the United States. They will definitely pick it up, and then do an excellent job of losing it.

My shipping order was marked delivered on my computer but it was no where around my mailbox. What do I do to get my money back or find my order?

Depends what service you used. Priority mail is not, technically, guaranteed. If you used Overnight you might get a refund. Ditto certified or registered.

Is there a way i can talk to someone. Without going through the process of going through the automated service over the phone.
