Watched my girlfriend call and call and call to get her trailer back. The trailer is being held hostage by Pat Towing for just under 12 mos. Her apt complex + fire Marshall gave 30 mins notice via email before offering up her vehicle to Pat Towing due to incipient flooding. She called a year ago and someone at Pat Towing couldn’t do it but that it wouldn’t accumulate a holding fee. They change this story months later than try to extort her for a “holding fee”. She negotiates a delivery price because suddenly and magically they can deliver the trailer back and now claim they always could have delivered it. Insane. She pays them. It’s been weeks and her trailer hasn’t been returned. She calls and calls and calls…

I called Pat’s to get a car removed from my building garage, whom they already have a contract with, and they NEVER arrived. They said they were dispatching a truck when I called. The car spent the night there. Woke up next morning to see it there. I saw the car leaving the area when I was coming back later in the day. Don’t waste your time.
