Came in today for oil change. I made a on line appointment yesterday. I came in half hour early and was taken right away. Service technician Tyler was extremely helpful. My Ford Escape had a recall that I was not aware of. I was even asked if the car was purchased at this dealership, which it wasn’t. It didn’t matter because Tyler and the entire staff were extremely professional. Surely if I need Ford service I will only be going to Beans Ford.

I am from out of state but agreed to purchase a vehicle from them two weeks ago. We agreed on pricing and terms, only to get a call the next day that they had just sold the vehicle to someone else that was on site. It was explained that the other customer put down a deposit already and the sales associate I was dealing with was unaware. Be careful with out of state transactions.

My van needed work done fast due to it being a service vehicle, it was towed to Fred Beans Ford and Jesse Years had it taken care of extremely fast so I could get it back into service.

I don't believe the dealership will install non Ford/Lincoln equipment.
Most dealerships will offer extended warranties for used cars. Also Triple A and many aftermarket agencies offer used car warranties.
I would never buy another car from them again. My break s and rotors was bad. Breaks was less than 50% and the rotors was wroped. I took my car back tto lrt see if they could do something about it. They told me as long as the car ois stop its ok. I had to pay $700.00 for new break s and rotors, that sucks. Wind shield wiper did not work. I fix that my self. It was so much more, I'm never going back to Fred Beans Dealership. NEVER!!!
