I'm amazed, in an industry of pushy and inflexible salespeople, Chris C. and his Sales Manager Frank O., we're so pleasant to deal with from our first outreach. We had to drive almost two hours for a specific car we were looking for and the team was honest and flexible over the phone and then even more so in person. They stayed past closing to make sure everything was perfect so that we wouldn't have to make a second trip. Neil P. the Business Manager was super knowledgeable and also extremely friendly to work with. He also stayed late and walked us through all the important finance details and made sure everything fit our budget. This is a team of well-trained and customer focused staff who we would highly recommend (even if you have to drive a bit). Side note, we had our 13-year-old son with us and he was able to play basketball in the showroom. The staff treated him with the utmost respect having full conversations about sports and school and treating him as an equal versus a tag along/ignoring him.
