I travel 26 miles just to have my Truck serviced at Al Packer Ford because of the customer service of Randy Siegman. I have plenty of options along the way, including Apple Ford which is across the street from my job but Randy's customer service won't allow me to go anywhere else. I trust Randy's recommendations when It comes to my vehicle and in today's world its hard to trust anybody when it comes to service. Randy deserves any promotion he gets and when that happens I hope Al Packer Ford replace him someone just as Ginuwine and trustworthy. See you next service!

Had a very good experience at Al Packer Ford. This is the 2nd F150 that I have gotten from them. If your in White Marsh ask for Tom
