If you want to come to new holes created in your home and wake up to mouse droppings every morning this is the place for you! Not to mention the rats that through the parking lot day and night but mainly at night! I have confirmed my neighbors on either side of me have the same problem! Infestation of mice here!

You pay all this money in rent to not even be able to park in your court half of the time. Numerous times Me and a few neighbors have had to park our ONE car we all have on the street. You have random people parking in here all hours of the night, people with 3 and 4 cars to one house. They need to have security and have someone patrolling these lots because it is not right to always have to park on the street at night when people fly up and down the streets. Maintenance comes and attempts to fix issues and doesn’t come back to finish the job. Sure we’ll get the blame for some of those rigged jobs. Enjoyed in the beginning living here. Been here almost 2 years and you just have the worst neighbors who don’t give a s… if they have multiple cars taking up spots. You have people parking in front of the office where cars aren’t supposed to be parked. You have them lining up on the curbs by the trash. Double parked behind cars. A mess. Leasing office is located DIRECTLY across the street and never witness packages being stolen right off your door. Not once, but twice things have been stolen. Community is going down hill fast.

THIS IS MY LETTER, You got 351 are soo loud that it feels like they coming though my walls banging, slamming I also got proof on my cell phone EVERY SINGLE DAY.They are soo out of control.You have NO problem taking our rent but it's a problem when we dress an issue and NOTHING is being done about it.I know you seen my posting and ignored them But It's ok to get what you want but not us tenants i know you don't care when I tell you this but I don't stay in this house because of them I don't even care how cold it is I stay out of this house I wait till 12 am then quietly come in I told my housing worker about All of this.You know anxiety is nothing to toy with because you and these ppl I'm living next to DON'T even care or want to understand ENOUGH IS ENOUGH

Horrible experience. Rats, roaches, unprofessional leasing office. They moved me from one unit to another because the rats chewed through the wall from the neighbors house and ruined my couch and the carpet in the closet. Moved to the new unit and you could her the mice walking in the walls. Chewed through the wall again behind the fridge. Had to bomb (raid bombs) my house every month to keep roaches away. Dirty and nasty. Don't move here.
