From the moment the i walked in the girl who was behind the counter was rude. would not recommend this place at all. there are several different places that are much better for the same price more amenities and they are nicer and staff is friendly.

Update as of 3/29/2022 still have not received the refund, called and was told that it was the old management that was responsible...sounds like they are passing the buck to me, still will not be staying there or any other quality suites. It was a place to stay while I visited Memphis, the room was ok they would only give us 2 sets of towels didn't even realize I booked with a child. There was very little breakfast served, and no waffles.. checked out earlier then expected was told I would get my room deposit and refunded for the days that I didn't stay, I booked for a week and left after 4 days...it's been 2 weeks since I've been back home and nothing has been refunded to me, I've tried calling but it just rings then goes to a busy signal..not a professional way to do business if you as me, I will not be staying there again.

Not a great stay - NO breakfast NO coffee cups in my room NO shower curtain in my room — the phone didn’t work & the fire alarm would randomly chirp like it needed a new battery and to top it off the pool was closed

Be warned, the pictures are deceiving. We booked this hotel through Orbitz because it was close to IKEA. This is an old hotel that was recently painted which gives it the appeal that it is nice, especially in their pictures online. The lobby was tidy but was dark and had a slight stench of a not so pleasant odor. The rooms were the same, dark and slightly smelly. The rooms appear clean at first glance but then after really looking at them they weren't. The toilet had a clean label on it that we had to take off but it wasn't clean. The shower had mold growing in it. The room just didn't have a good feel. I expect a room like this to cost approximately $35 with today's inflation but of course it was over $100. We stayed about 10 minutes in our room and left to go home. We only live about 3 hours from Memphis so it wasn't a bad drive home. The hotel is riding off of reviews from its previous chain and are in decline now. I didn't check out the individual reviews or I wouldn't have booked. I'll take this as a lesson to skim over the last 10 reviews on hotels now.
