So the staff here is great, very helpful and accommodating. For the price point the room was kind of beat up, especially the bathroom. The tub in our room held water after being drained and almost seemed like it might be about to break in the middle. Bathroom door and counters were pretty rough as well.

Expected more for the price and being a brand name. Newly renovated room smelled like fresh paint (and not in a good way). Agree with earlier review - no chair/couch/luggage rack. No carpet in room - walking around was loud. Knob missing on microwave (isn't this supposed to be a renovated room??). And $100 deposit?? Was told this was a Memphis thing. Wish we stayed somewhere else - will not be back. And the experience turned me off Country Inns.

The bathroom door wouldn’t close. The guts of the door missing, toilet ran every 2mins , back of bathroom door looked horrible. Not sure what was on the door. Exhaust fan on ceiling horrible. Missing door knobs on closet and no baseboards on the hallway floor. They were sold out couldn’t switch rooms. When I told the front desk guy he knew about toilet and wrote everything else down. I have pics to prove everything.

Not pet friendly as listed on Google. They only state that they used to be. Maybe update your hotels information. That would have been a great help. We ended up at their hotel late at night after driving for hours. Tired and just wanted to relax. So please change your information so others don't accidentally make reservations. Recently had moved the family from Colorado to Memphis
