Our grandma came in with severe stomach pain. She was given a CT scan and blood tests, kept there overnight and no one could give any information on what was wrong. There was medical trash all over the floor. She was kept overnight while they figured out where to transfer her to get actual care and was given no food or water the entire time from 4pm to when she was checked out the next day. Save your time and travel a little farther to Union if you have the option.

My experience at Fannin Regional was fantastic. The staff, doctors, and nurses took good care of me. The day after my surgery they called to make sure I was okay, even sent me a nice get well soon card signed by everyone who cared for me.

My Dad was taken there.They tested him and he tested positive for Covid. For 13 days he lay in the hospital, with the clothes he wore to the hospital. Didn't even let him brush his teeth, or give him a sponge bath.We were not allowed to see him only phone call. His best friend went there to just try to get a glance thru the window, they wouldn't even open the blinds. Only after he refused his Oxygen and Meds. We're we allowed to visit. By the time he came home, he couldn't even stand on his own 2 legs. He passed away Saturday morning.

If I could put 0 stars I would absolutely the worst hospital in the world you could come in with a stubbed toe and probably end up dying here staff was horrible doctors and nurses was horrible don’t care about the patients at all watch the staff go out to smoke a cigarette every 5 minutes or less didn’t care about helping just wanted us to leave even though we were here for high blood sugar numbness and literally talking out of his head!!! Would never recommend anyone going here even if it’s an emergency take the time and go somewhere else because they won’t fix or help anything here!!!
