I have heard many complaints about their customer service especially with delivery I did pick up though and during the experience it was very pleasent all the way through. I will be ordering another pizza with them soon to see if I get the same treatment if I do have the same customer service I will definately make this my pizza place of choice

My sister placed an online order and I went to pick it up. I was greeted with a genuine hello when I came through the door and they let me know that my pizza was almost ready. The pizzas themselves were fantastic the only problem that I have is I like a sweeter sauce. Great job to the Papa John's in Kingman. Keep up the good work

Ordered a large thin crust pizza with only mushrooms and extra cheese...they charged me $30.41. When I comment about how it always was like $23.00...the girl got very snotty and still charged me $30.41. I have never paid that much for a pizza that had even more ingredients. Then hearing about the finger nail in a friend's pizza...I about puked. Then hearing from another friend who ordered pepperoni and when they called to nicely adk about it..they were hung up on. Service has gotten very bad here. There are other pizza places to order from.

I love Papa John's but the other day I ordered over the phone for carry out. When I came into pick it up, the young man accidentally rang it as cash and I was paying with card. He said let me void this and start over. He rang it in and my total was $4 more!? Why I asked, he said he tried to get it the closest to the total before as he could, I didnt argue and I paid, sat down and waited. As I'm looking at the receipt it had a $4 delivery charge! Im clearly picking this pizza up. So I told another young man that I had a delivery fee on my receipt. It was then voided again and rang correctly. Im pretty patient because I know we all make mistakes, but that was my experience
