Ordered the part on the internet over the weekend, and first thing Monday morning I got an email from Val telling me the shipping cost to Alaska. Val was great to work with and very quick to respond to my needs. Got the shipping sorted in a matter of minutes through email. Very happy with this experience!

Customer service is the pits sales people wont come out from behind counter to sell bumpers, steps, bed covers, etc sales would probably increase with motivated sales people

My U-haul trailer hitch receiver broke one of the bolts as I was passing through on my way to El Paso. I had to drop my trailer at a random gas station and find a place to install a new one. These guys not only found that U-Haul only installed 2 of the three REQUIRED bolts but installed a new one CORRECTLY and got me back on the road in under an hour with no appt for less money then U-Haul originally did. If I lived in Fort Worth, this is the only place that would take care of my truck.

Great experience at Trails End!!! I was initially disappointed when I went into the store to have a B&W gooseneck hitch installed which I wanted installed as soon as possible. Amanda said they had a busy install schedule and they couldn't get to me for a week. If your business is busy, I assume that to be good as you have a lot of customers wanting your product or services. At the time, I also purchased a fifth wheel adapter that day to deliver to the RV trailer dealer where I had just purchased a fifth wheel and they were going to install it for me. Well, I changed my mind on the fifth wheel adapter several days later and called Amanda to see if I could return it and purchase an Anderson adapter. Fortunately, the RV place had not opened the box. Amanda ordered the different hitch I wanted and would try to get it there when I was scheduled for the B&W gooseneck install. I returned the other product and my install was performed on the day scheduled and quicker than they had told me. They had also received the special order Anderson hitch. Real nice installation! Very pleased with Amanda who answered my numerous questions, gave me advice, and happily took my several calls and additional questions. Great team at Trails End and thanks to the unseen installers in the back doing the work! I will be a return customer if the need arises and recommend this business. Oh, and they offer discounts to veterans and first responders and the waiting area is nice with a TV, couches and chairs.
