Had them for 12 years and was always billed monthly. Always kept the service because we were always told that its month to month and we could cancel anytime. The whole reason we went with them. What a LIE! We are relocating and cancelled service. Called customer service to cancel due to us relocating and was informed that they would be billing us for an entire year as a cancellation charge. They said that the way their billing works is when you get service, the first 3 years or 36 months are month to month. But after 36 months (year 3) that automatically changed over to an annual contract (of course we knew nothing about). When you move, unless you continue service with them they bill you for an entire year and you are required to pay it all to STOP service. Its the typical corporate scam tactics. Was never super impressed with their service to begin with but just kept it all those years "because.." Just be aware.

Today we had Joseph do a one man installation of our new security system. He did a great job, and communicated with me at every step of the way. At the end we did a thorough walk through on using the system. Several days before the install I had a constructive phone meeting with representatives from the company to design out what we wanted to do. It’s great to have a design but that doesn’t end up a success unless there is the right person doing the installation work. We appreciated Joseph’s work.
