They have no idea how to properly make Starbucks drinks. The hot cocoa tasted watered-down and disgusting. Barista was not very excited to see another customer I get a whole lot of huffing and puffing when I walk to the counter. I will have to agree that Starbucks inside of a Kroger it's not really a Starbucks. Sure it has the name but taste nothing like it.
