The property is very well kept, rooms were clean, beds were comfortable and it's walking distance from a nice mall. I would definitely stay again. Highly recommend - great value at this price point!

Positive: The manager was nice and helpful. Negative: The hotel staff shawyna lied on me and my family and made false accusations.Also, for the price of the hotel they should have more amenities and better breakfast.

Positive: One of the front desk hosts was amazing! I wish I captured her name, I did not. She was super friendly and took good care of me. Another hostess on the following day - just could not be bothered. Negative: It is an older hotel. The location is right next to a decent mall which was a plus. They should update some things, for example there are no USB ports just available.

So keep in mind we stayed in one of the pet friendly rooms. The hotel smelled really good in the lobby and hallway but our room smelled awful. Like mildew and old urine. I am extremely sensitive to smells and had to go out and get air fresheners for the room but even with that it was hard for me to sleep and relax :/ I felt like the carpet was very dirty. I assumed the pet friendly rooms would be like tile or something? Our room also did not have windows that open. It also faced the mall parking lot and there was a street cleaner doing circles around the parking lot and it kept me up literally all night because it was so loud. I will never stay here again. An airbnb would have been more comfortable and cheaper.
