Wear a mask
Yes they have it and they have the really nice dansco books for like 30 40$ if want to make a real nice set with proof coins. The cardboard ones ask them if they have used ones and you could probably score one cheap. If it's for you and your kids to mess around used is fine.
Most likely they will pay you whatever silver, gold, or precious metals are in them. I would go to antique shops or auction houses. Give them a call to confirm though.
I haven't ever see kruggerands at the shop, but you can call and ask if they have any. As far as spot prices they seem to be on par with all the other coin shops as far as gold and silver goes.
