I have been going to this place for years and the reason I am giving it a one star is for a really stupid interaction I still can't believe occured. I had a package that weighed around 42.5 lbs and pretty bulky. However, much, much heavier packages are mailed and shipped every day so, this seemed light by comparison. I asked an employee to assist me in getting it out of my car. Well, when they got there, they took one look at it and told me "oh, we can't ship that; it's too heavy!" I almost thought they were kidding until I realized they were dead serious. I laughed and told them you can indeed ship this; it weighs no more than a TV. They flat out refused to not only NOT ship it, but to even take it out of my car to examine it more thoroughly. They even had the nerve to tell me that it wouldn't fit on their UPS trucks, either. I was then directed to try USPS (I knew they wouldn't) or a local mailbox service. I figured I would have the same experience with FedEx, but they took it no problem. I guess the employees at this UPS Store forgot that they SHIP PACKAGES FOR A LIVING. Absolutely ridiculous.

Great service, friendly and helpful staff, especially Chris. Sometimes lines are long and customers get cranky but Chris is always pleasant and helpful. I would give this store a 10.

Chris has helped my parents at this store for many years. They are elderly now and he continues to answer their questions and make sure they have his undivided attention every time. He is an assist to this store and a good man.
