Ask what we were looking for. She was friendly and caring as she took her time to show us all the Sofa's. That was back in 2009 sense then we have purchased many items. We only deal with Jackie, sense the first time she helped us until 2022 she has always been the same. Warm, friendly, caring, professional and very knowledgeable in the furniture. She truly cares about her Customers. And if there is any problem with anything, she doesn't go ask for help, she deals with it herself. She is 100% with what she does. I like a person who is the same as she was in 2009 and still the same in 2022, thsts real people folks real people. Go Team Jackie !

Not only did they mess up our first delivery, once they finally delivered our bed four days later they brought the wrong bed railings. We paid for the highest delivery method too for them to set the best up, which they couldn't so now we have a headboard and footboard and they're not sure if the right size is even in the warehouse. I mean how do you not check this when you are loading the truck. Everything about this experience has been awful and WILL NEVER order from this company again.

The woman who helped sell us our couches was amazing! The delivery was delayed, but it was worth it. The delivery team was also great, in and out in just a few minutes and they were funny!

My husband and I purchased quite a bit of furniture for our new home. Gail Glass was a great help to us while we were trying to make our decision. She was very knowledgeable, kind and patient. After we made our purchase, we got home and changed our mind about a piece due to its size and Gail immediately started the process of canceling and reentering what we wanted to keep. Two months later, I called to add a TV stand to our existing order, trying to avoid an additional delivery fee, and Gail came through again. Our furniture came today and we Love every piece. Our house is becoming a home and I would recommend Gail and Vaue City Furniture to anyone who's looking for quality furniture and Awesome customer service.
