This bank could care less about its customers and hasn’t done a thing for me the last 6 years of banking with them I will not continue to bank here and suggest you take your money elsewhere .

Kim and Chandra are nice. The bank is garbage though as well as their customer service, generally speaking, and policies. Management is completely useless. Sheila is a major B. I will Pass on PNC. Nice billpay, I'll give them that.

They are under staffed. It's never anyone who can just take immediate transaction.Your quick in and out turns into 20-30mins . Although they are polite it's just always a timely wait before anyone even recognize or ask u if u need help or to say someone will be with u shortly
