Last week I dropped my car off nearby for service with the intention of taking a rideshare home. I went into Food Lion first to pick up a couple of items and realized my cell phone had died, without a way to call for a ride. Reylyn was at the customer service desk. I asked to use their land line to call my husband and she explained that it didn't make outgoing calls but then went out of her way to help me find another phone and made sure I reached my husband in order to call for a car. She was personable, sweet, caring, and went well out of her job description to help me out. I can't thank her enough. We need more people like this in the world and Food Lion is lucky to have her. Thanks!

I have been a customer since 2006, but today I had a problem with one of the cashiers who must be new. She not only didn't acknowledge me which probably isn't nothing significant, but when I swiped my credit card and for some reason it didn't work, she rolled her eyes, tapped her feet, and looked at her watch mocking me, also bringing the attention to the customers behind me who laughed. I thought I'd share about the type of service that you will most likely get at this specific store.

Just quick stop at one of my easiest and favorite places to get so quick dinner! I took a few pictures to show how clean the store is. Also there produce section is always fresh and it looks to be full and amazing! One of the reasons I love to come for there fried chicken! I don’t know what they did to there recipe but this stuff is definitely the best Fried chicken ever! This was just a quick stop grocery shop for me though! I usually do a lot more shopping like for my whole house but this time I just had a craving for fried chicken!
