Fast food not a restaurant don’t ask me to pull forward

It wasn’t the best time I’ve had at a Burger King. My double whopper with cheese didn’t have cheese and then they decided to be rude when I asked them to add the cheese. Either way they fixed the situation and the burger was still decent.

On a Saturday morning we had traveled to three McDonalds to pick up a Mobil order-all three had issues and didn’t have an order for us. We were on a time crunch and I pulled into this Burger King and there was no line. The kind older woman at the window took our order quickly, had our drinks immediately and even brought the food out to the car one minute later. Enough time for me to tell my family we were going to go here from now on and not bother with the other fast food chain. In times when good customer service isn’t around anymore this location was a breath of fresh air. Thank you

Got there 15 min before close at 2145 , (not the best I know. But work kept me longer than intended) looking forward to my whopper and there was no one there. Lights were still on and sign said open. Waited for a while. Drove around and nobody. Super disappointing.
