I really like this location for convenience & the fact that their dining room is open. The staff is friendly and seem to be efficient, and the food is good. My only criticism is something I find to be pretty common at many many fast food places these days (after the long pandemic months): the staff forget that the customer can hear ALL of their conversations (including foul and obscene language) and they share WAY WAY too much!! Also, the floors don't seem clean or perhaps they are left soapy, because they are slippery. Perhaps as their dine-in business increases their behavior will improve and become more professional and hospitable to guests.

Young guy at window very pleasant and helpful. I had to wait around front for my food, which was fine. But when I got home I found they hadn’t put in my fries. I had ordered 2 Big Fish, Cheesy tots for me and fries for my sister. Plus 2 Hershey Sundae pies. So I gave my sister the bags while I washed my hands and she was upset no fries for her. Offered to share my cheesy tots. Tried twice to call store but only busy signal. Needless to say was disappointed, I had just finished working second job and too tired to go back. Had to come back after eating to change. The fish was horrible. Either reheated or just over cooked and not a single ketchup in the bags. Adding insult to injury.
