I started going to Kimberlee for my lash extensions about 2 months ago. She recently rescheduled one of my lash fill extensions from a Monday to a Thursday. Unfortunately I had to reschedule our Thursday due to work. We rescheduled and confirmed for Saturday and on the day of the appointment I showed up to her salon 5 minutes early and her door was locked. I stayed until 2:10pm 10 minutes after the appointment and she did not arrive nor did she text or email to say she was running late or wasn't going to make the appointment. I'm incredibly disappointed and found this to be unprofessional and disrespectful.

I was very pleased with my service at first.. Not long after leaving I noticed a few very noticeable missing lashes on one side not good considering I paid 160$. I would have been happy to just go back and have things corrected. I immediately tried to contact the salon via phone and email. After atleast a week with no return reply I was done trying. It's too bad I wanted to return for a fill. Not a good first impression for me. I understand things happen but just make it right.
