Granted it was Labor Day so the store was as probably as busy as it gets outside of the holiday season. Had a 2:15 Genius Bar appt, waited for 30 minutes for 5 minutes of help. Not ideal but not awful either. Plan accordingly.

This is the worst apple store, definitely won’t be buying any products from them, the staff are unhelpful and unfriendly, kept me waiting for over 20mins, ended walking out and taking my business elsewhere

The best customer service. Seriously the BEST customer service. BETTER than any company! The Genius Bar is still "genius" because it's interactive - in person - hands on FREE problem solving of your devices. The store is on the 2nd floor and they ALWAYS have knowledgable Apple employees who can help you! Parking is okay... BUT, on weekends and holidays-it can be a nightmare, so come EARLY! Steve Jobs was a genius and Apple is the genius of Technology!

Yes, the charging connector is modular. If you're iPhone is under warranty then for sure take it to the Apple store. And if not they might still give a good price for fixing it. I have had good luck when taking my devices to the Apple store.

You must save the Word document in the software, download Word on the ipad and log in to your account and if you saved it to your account you would have it on the word on your ipad
