Keys work great though one seems light and flimsy

At first I was worried. Because I realized that I hadn't pushed and held in the key while it was cutting. So much was going on, on the screen that I just paid attention to push the key. I didn't figure out that I was supposed to hold the key down until I copied the second key. I was glad that the keys worked when I got them. You need to make sure to change the expectation on when to expect the key if it is going to be mailed. Because the machine says 48 hours, but I didn't get the keys in until almost 4-5 days. Other then that. The keys worked perfectly.

One of my keys did work and I reached out to customer service. Customer service reached out to me asap. It is so convenient to get my keys made from the kiosk while at the grocery store. Thank you for excellent customer service.

Used a key copy machine for the second time and I am likely to use it again because of the quality, convenience and speed. Could be a little more reasonable on the price.
