This dealership is proof there's still good in the world. I'm actually shocked at the service I was provided at this dealership. William, his floor partner, and their manager more than delivered on the guest experience. They were ALL honest, forthcoming, and told you like it is which is refreshing as the consumer. The car business isn't what it used to be, and this dealership in specific reflects that. Although I didn't buy a car that day, I wasn't pressured into buying a car I didn't want. I'm just waiting for one I do like and can afford until I give them a call back. I look forward to working with this dealership again! It was worth the hour drive to see these guys, a drive I'll be making again very soon. Truly a phenomenal experience. Four stars for their awful follow-up.

Attempted to complete a deal with ALM Marietta but was told that they don’t budge on sticker price, even for vehicles that have sat on the lot for 10+ months. Caroline was great to work with, but the Managers were unwilling to work out a deal on a vehicle that has been sitting since last Christmas Eve.

Purchased 2020 Chevrolet Malibu. William, Fred and Timmie were all nice. My only complaint is the website don’t show hidden fees(they presented them but didn’t force me to kept any of that add on cost) and that’s why I gave them 4 stars and also for the tire pressure light coming on before we arrived to our 2 hours drive home. The service was great overall. Got there about 4:20 pm n left at 7:39 pm. ALM Marietta❤️ my daughter is happy with her new ride. Thanks a lot.
