Questions & Answers

What is the reason, asking customers their name and in 5 minutes one if the employees is screaming out of his/her lungs the order number? I think it is stupid!!!

Sometimes names are difficult to write just by hearing or, it’s embarrassing to ask someone to repeat there name more than 3x and sometimes it’s just a way to not offend anyone if there’s a high risk of it being misspelled or mispronounced. So they’ll ask for the name but then use the number for the aforementioned reasons.

Why does it take 30 minuets to get through the drive thru(pulling in to the drive thru to ordering food to paying and getting your food) after 10pm?
