They told me my carry out would be ready in 15 minutes. I showed up 15 minutes later and it wasn’t ready, which is totally fine. But then I waited 25 minutes, walked up and asked how much longer it would be, and they told me it’s been ready for a while and handed me my bag. I drive home. I sit down at the dinner table with the family, I open my bag and find that I don’t have either one of my burritos I ordered. All I had in the bag was an order of queso and multiple boxes of chips, nothing else. So I called and asked for a refund but was told I couldn’t get one. Best they could do is give me my 2 burritos. So I went up and got them. Mistakes happen, if it was just making me wait longer than I had to while my food sat on the counter getting cold I’d understand. If it was me getting home missing food I’d also understand. But for both to happen, and for me to waste over an hour of my time was a bit much. Everyone I talked to said they were sorry, but nobody seemed to care that much. I didn’t want anybody to get in trouble but I guess I should’ve asked for the manager because I definitely wasn’t taken care of. Very disappointed.

I got Trina’s for the first time today for lunch. I’m a HUGE Mexican food fan. Growing up in Texas with authentic Mexican. If you’re looking for authentic, I wouldn’t necessarily call this authentic. But it’s not horrible. I would recommend putting the sauce in something separate instead of on the tacos because it cause it to be very very soggy and fall apart, usually you would put 2-3 corn tortillas for 1 taco. The rice thru me off with peas in it. I had to double check that I didn’t order Chinese fried rice lol the hot sauce doesn’t really have a spice to it. But the tamales weren’t bad. Everything was pretty good besides the stuff I named.
