It's not the employees fault it's the fault of FedEx!! They more than doubled the cost to print something if they print it behind the counter they want me to do it myself which is difficult and I need help and there's no help I do not blame the FedEx employees because FedEx does not pay them well I can't expect a good service from a company that doesn't care about their employees enough to pay them well so that there's high turnover constantly it just sucks for us if you're gonna drop off a package that's fine otherwise good luck

I use FedEx office all the time and I’mma be honest this is one of my favorite ones in Dallas that was not convenient for me I will go out of my way to ship something or print something from this location I had a two day adventure where I was trying to print out a city map of my recent travels from Chicago and they helped me and made it exponentially easier than I thought it would be come here for your shipping business and design needs. Staff is A+
