First time at your salon. I called l Spoke to Daniella asked her for coloring and she told me to come in for a free consultation. I asked for Wednesday she had 12:45 or a 2:45pm on the 27th of July or they do take walk-in. Hardly anyone pics up the phone there I had to keep leaving messages. I said," I'll take the 12:45pm." No call back. Finally she calls and tells me on voice mail she needs a credit card to put on file. I thought to myself it's a free consultation. I get there as a walk-in at 12:45 and there are three girls just standing at the counter. No one is waiting and she said, "oh I'm sorry we have nothing available. I told her I drove all the way from Caldwell. The place was empty. I think customer service is poor....I feel sorry for the owner. He needs Tabatha takes over for a revamp.

I had my hair colored here and the stylist did a good job with the cut and color. I was however dissatisfied with the fact that when booking the appointments i told the receptionist that i have REALLY long hair and the appointment would need extra time to acommodate that. I was still booked with inadequate time to actually complete the job. When spending $$$$ on a service i expect to leave with a completed look (i.e. dried & styled hair). Unfortnately, BOTH times my hair was left partially damp and not styled at all. I know it's long and time consuming but i'm paying so i don't understand what the issue is? i know it's a lot but TWO times the stylist was rushing through and i was left to go home and do my hair myself... not sure if that's the norm here but it was a lot of money for a service that wasn't fully completed as promised.

Holly V. Is amazing! She has been doing my hair for over a year and I just love her! She does all of my hair color, cuts, and styles! She listens to what you are looking to have done and also suggests something even better! She double and triple checks to make sure you are happy with your hair before she even takes off the cape. I am always just so full of smiles and feel beautiful every single time I leave and can’t wait for my next appointment that I have already scheduled with her! This salon is the best one I have ever been to! All of the staff is super friendly and we just laugh and have a great time when I’m here! I’m soooooo happy with all my experiences here and Holly is my stylist for life!
