Went for relaxer touch up She Didn't know it was a sensitive brand relaxer until after she put it in my hair.Did not comb through the new growth After about 15mins parted my hair n said why isn't this getting straight. I said u didn't comb it through the new growth. She said i never did that with my hair Went to wash my hair n said y isn't this straight. Put more relaxer in my hair when it was wet. Hair not straight, u don't have to pay.Offered new perm in 2 wks. I said that's to soon to re touch I made appointment for 3 wks later knowing that I would never come back to Ulta And the breakage in my hair is ridiculous Now what do I do
