Been in here several times. With a guitar player buddy of mine, with my father and alone. They are always helpful and professional, and are normally reasonable on price. Usually I just look at stuff and buy strings, but one day I also had what I thought was a major issue turned out to be minor one after a technician helped me out (on a brand new guitar, phew). They have a wide and interesting selection for a multitude of players. I would suggest them over Guitar Center, 100%.

Hey Bill. Unfortunately we do not. It looks like that kind of 4.2mm connector is specific to home theatre application and Hi-Fi audio. Everything you would go to GC for, these guys will do, usually at better prices, and always walking you through it in a non-condescending way. They also offer suggestions based on what you tell them you want, not just what they can sell you. They're players too, so i think they approach everything as if they're shopping for themselves. I love this place.
