This place is so expensive for a thrift store. I was so shocked. I also found it strange that their book collection was very PG. It is also a big mess inside. Not well organized besides the books. Do not go here. Drive to a different thrift store and find better stuff for cheaper and better customer service. The staff was very rude to a customer who didn't understand the price.

I was very excited to find this store. I love thrifting and spend too much time and money on it. It's a favorite pastime. I have been looking for a nice chaise lounger and was so happy to find one there. I inquired on the price and was told $40. I said I wanted it and went inside to shop. While in the store, a woman asked why the chaise had been brought in. I happened to be right there and said I was buying it. She told a guy to take it out, that it didn't belong there and went back outside. I went on shopping, and she returned. As she walked past me, she said, "$249." I said, "He told me it was $40." She stopped, turned around, and said, "I don't care what he told you. We're not letting a nice piece of furniture go for $40." I replied that I didn't want it for that price. Now, I get that there was a mistake made, but there are several ways she could have handled the situation. She didn't have to raise her voice or speak harshly. I was not confortationable, but she jumped on me with her words and attitude. As I waited to check out, I noticed that she and another woman (they were both 60 or 70) were pretty rude and unfriendly. The cashier, who was pregnant, was very sweet and kind. As I was going to my car, the guy who gave me the price of $40 saw me. He came and apologized. He was very nice and kind. As I said, I was excited and planned to come back, but I don't know if I will. The folks, who seemed to be in charge, were not very graceful.

Our home was flooded with sewer water and we had to get all replacement furniture at a reasonable price. Fernando and Sandy and the team (Stephan, James, Tim, Javi, Steve, etc.) have been so incredibly helpful to us in getting us back into our home with some really nice buys and help loading, etc. Karen up front is alwasy so friendly and willing to help as well. Never seen such hard workers and amazing volunteers!!! Incredible team at Graceful Buys, super focused on customer service and especially helpful those in need during difficult times. Highest recommendation!!!!! Thank you so much!

We just love the new picture gallery! Its soo organized and easy to find exactly what you are looking for.. Sandy has really done a fabulous job transforming this boring book room into a beautiful art exhibit..

I like everything they sell, but Mr. Barney gives very high prices .. they prefer to get things wet or throw them away than sell cheap
Thanks for asking. We are requiring our employees to continue wearing their masks when around customers and they are still required to answer the COVID questions when coming to work. We are encouraging customers to continue to wear mask while at our stores. We continue to wipe down bathrooms, carts, registers area , etc. daily. Over half of our staff has been vaccinated or in the process of doing so. Hope this helps answer any concerns.

Generally speaking, furniture (as well as all merchandise) can and does get sold as quickly as minutes after hitting the floor. If an item isn't sold within a few weeks, it is marked down progressively over the next several weeks. Is there something in particular you are looking for?
