Asked for a .925 or .999 silver jump ring for my large silver necklace to hold on a silver key. They asked if I wanted it open or soldered. I thought it would look nice closed and after two attempts I still have the same stainless steel jump ring I came in with, now with silver soldering on it. Everyone I know told me how great they were as jewelers. I am very disappointed.
