Pizza sat in quality check for 40 min and no one could answer the phone when I called. Seems ridiculous I can't get through but can't get fresh pizza delivered for a house full of kids on a Sunday night. Gotta do better Dominos... quality keeps degrading at this store.

I don't normally do this but I need to. Ordered curbside carry out. They never came to my car and offered a free pizza. COOL! Went inside to get my order and 6 persons were inside before me. OK, no big deal, I can wait. One employee came to counter after 10 mins and said, I'm answering only one person, ive been here for 12 hours and my shift is done. I didn't know dominos was opening at 5am. Anyway, the cook was slamming his pizza screen everywhere, swearing, and was rude with the other employees. I finally got answered, 15 mins after waiting in the store. Went home, and the store called me up to ask me if I had my pizza. ... I know everybody is hurting for employee, but please, take care of your customers, as they are the heart and soul of your business. Ken.

Always quick and hardly ever a mistake with my order. Drivers are always friendly and do a great job with delivery. I'm so grateful they are in my area

I placed an order in the app and never received it. Called twice and nobody answered either time. The order stayed marked as being prepared hours later and still no refund or delivery of the product I ordered and paid for.
