A buddy of mine at JFRD recommended this place, and I've been trying to get in for a few months now. However, might I recommend making an appointment; every time I went up previously, they were booked out, and now I see why. I finally made an appointment, and got to work with April. Witty, great sense of humor, and she really knows how to cut some hair. It had been a little while since my last haircut, and I wasn't quite sure what I wanted to do; April gave me a few suggestions, and went to work. I'm really glad I got her, because she gave me really solid advice, and the end result was excellent. All of this, combined with a really chill environment, and I'll definitely be going back . . . provided I remember to make an appointment first.

Very disappointing in the professionalism of this shop today. I have been going here for the past few months and I have had great experiences. Today I took my son and I was told that they cannot do the haircut that he wants because it takes too long. (zero fade) On their website it only gave one option for a kids haircut and it says 20 mins. I was told by the manager a kids fade cut would take about 20 mins and that was longer then the appointment allowed. They were running behind already for our appointments and failed to provided a great customer experience. You lost a customer over this. A good approach to customer service is knowing your own product, including the features of your website.
