I use Tire Outlet at Beach for all my tire service needs. I like buying from Tire Rack and having them shipped to this location. When it was time to schedule installation, the guy (Steve, I think) told me he couldn't find my tires and was not interested at all in figuring out where my tires were. I had proof that they were signed for and received so I called Tire Rack to explain. It took them to call and get to the bottom of the issue. Thankfully, Carolyn was there to find them. I usually get great service here. As for this trip to Tire Outlet, I'm less than pleased with this guy and his unwillingness to be of service.
