The staff here were so amazing! Doordash royally messed up and gave us someone else's five guys order. We didn't trust doordash to correct this so we went up here ourselves. We began to explain the situation and everyone immediately jumped to confirming our order and remaking it. The manager (unfortunately didn't catch his name) came from the back and was amazing in taking over the register so that the others could work on orders including ours. He then gave us some extra fries and a milkshake to say sorry. Myself and my partner have worked in the restaurant industry for a while before and I wish had a manager and crew like them.just amazing customer service. Even to those that were normal customers coming in to pick up and place orders.
