This place is always slow to respond at the speaker. And numerous times now (which will make this the last time I go to this location) there have been what looks like black pieces of either dirt or other material, not sure what it is. But I’m not gonna spend money here for drinks that contain foreign objects in them.

Poor Service. Scanner down two visits. Slow service. This Dunkin was in Huntington West Virginia. Worker had both his hands down his pants. I contacted management but no response.

The girl working the window this morning at 10:20 was very unprofessional. I ordered 2 iced drinks. When placing the order I had to repeat iced 3 times and the sizes. They still got my order wrong. Honestly it wasn’t a big deal. They replaced the wrong drink with the correct order and I paid. Then the girl at the window stated that I told her hot and she wanted to point it out that I originally got what I ordered. This was completely false! I literally said it 3 times!! I didn't care that the drink she made us was wrong but I do care that she was having a bad enough day that she wanted to interrupt mine also!! I hope she had a wonderful day and want to let her know you only get back what you ultimately deserve. When you treat people disrespectfully and try to make points that are untrue it always come back. Karma! Terrible service!

The quality of the service depends on the staff present. One visit there were two people present and they were professional and prepared my items to a great standard. Next visit, the workers were not on the same page communication wise and seemed to be impatient with one another. My items were not prepared properly and items were not included in my order. Another visit, I walk into noise and I was thinking two customers were in disagreement about something because the tone of the voices were clearly abusive in nature. The noise was actually two workers highly annoyed with each other and having it out with one another. They were unprofessional and could care less if customers were present. It was embarrassing to watch them go back and forth exchanging horrible words. I left out. The last time I visited, I walked in the lobby and no worker was present at all. I called out several times for assistance and looked around. No one. 1 min goes by. No one. 2 min goes by. No one. 3 min goes by. No one. 4 min goes by. No one. No sound or nothing anywhere. I was like who would leave the lobby open unattended.
