Only ordered 3 pancakes to go and i'm glad i did, walked in to pickup and it was super stuffy and hot in there! Turn up the A/C!!! Its 93 degrees outside and feels the same inside. I see from a review from 2 weeks ago that i'm not the only one who noticed. Glad i wasn't dining in. I gotta say...the pancakes just dont taste like they used too and are much smaller. Ihop is definitely cutting back on portion size AND quality. But their sure not cutting their prices! I think this will be my last visit to Ihop sad to say...been coming here for many many years and it used to be my favorite place for breakfast.

Came with a large 10 person party for breakfast which is very hard I would imagine. Server didn't bring condiments we asked for , there was poorly washed water glasses and a hair in the onion rings we ordered to which the server replied "I'm sorry about that". Didn't even offer to replace or take off check. Will not be back to this location. I think they need more servers during weekends so they can better serve the customers.

I like this place, but last weekend i took my family here for breakfast and our server was wearing the mask covering the chin only. please train your employees to wear the mask properly. thank you.
