WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I came to the store to get 1 small board cut for my daughters project. I walked from the back of the store to the front and Customer Service “5 times” to request someone to please come help cut the board. I talked to the supervisor Daniela. Terry and Yasir the cashier. NO HELP! I heard a page 2 times for someone to come to the cutting board area but no one ever showed up. HOME DEPOT clearly dropped the ball and did not care. There was a self-serve cutting board that I tried to cut the board myself but was not able to. I went to the counter again to ask if someone can please come to the customer service cutting board and cut board. No one showed up. Finally I was told that the lumber person was not in. I then requested for the able-bodied man to cut a small board. Surprise…. I could not even get that! I left and went to LOWES. Found someone to cut a board in 3 minutes.
