Don’t go here! They/costco vision will make you call the insurance and try to find out costcos vision code/number, they don’t know what it is. I included a list of the codes that she says costco may be, but she refuses to call them herself. What a waste of my time!

Had an appointment with Dr. Randall. A few weeks ago. Overall a disappointing experience. I’ve been to 2 other Costco optical departments and have never had such a hard time to get contacts. My prescription expired and I made an appointment to get a new one. They ended up only giving me the glasses prescription. I tried to order my contacts online after the appt and it was denied. I called many many times and could not get ahold of anyone. Finally I was able to talk to someone and all they said was “we will send you your contact prescription in the mail and you can take it anywhere else”. That didn’t make any sense to me but I ended up getting it in the mail and submitting a new request for my contacts with my updated prescription. THEY DENIED IT AGAIN. Never going back.
