DON'T WASTE YOUR VALUABLE TIME! I requested and received an estimate for a simple manufacturer claim for a full paint job.  Once the claim was fully settled based off of this estimate, I scheduled the work to be done and dropped off my vehicle.  Now, after not having my vehicle for a month, I find that Brock's did no work and will not honor their original estimate due to an estimator error on their part.  So now I have to start all over with a new, hopefully reputable shop. Whatever happened to taking responsibility and making things right for the customer? Avoid these business practices and look elsewhere.

I'm very satisfied with the customer service and the repairs my friend received on his vehicle. I consigned on a car that had been purchased less than 3 months ago and someone hit my friend. Brocks made it look like it came off the lot. Very pleased with them all around.
